Restaurant Manager

Location: Janakpuri, New DelhiType: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall restaurant operations
• Oversee inventory management and ensure stock accuracy
• Monitor and reduce food wastage
• Manage food costing and ensure cost-effective operations
• Conduct menu planning and food tasting sessions
• Supervise and manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Maintain hygiene, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong understanding of South Indian cuisine (added advantage)
• Knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations & inventory systems
• Good communication and leadership skills

• Bonus

  : Ability to cook or assist in kitchen operations when required
