Job Description

Operations Management: Overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining cleanliness.  Staff Management: Recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling employees, as well as appraising staff performance and maintaining a positive work environment.  Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints promptly, and gathering feedback to improve the guest experience.  Inventory & Budgeting: Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and developing and managing budgets to control costs and maximize profits.  Financial Management: Monitoring sales, reviewing financial reports, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and control operating expenses.  Health & Safety: Ensuring strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including food safety standards and proper sanitation.
