Inventory & Budgeting: Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and developing and managing budgets to control costs and maximize profits. Financial Management: Monitoring sales, reviewing financial reports, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and control operating expenses. Health & Safety: Ensuring strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including food safety standards and proper sanitation.
