Job Description

Job Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff including waiters, stewards, chefs, and supervisors.
Ensure excellent guest service, handling customer complaints and feedback effectively.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special events.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Control inventory of food, beverages, and supplies; coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
Prepare staff schedules and assign duties to maintain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
Analyze sales reports, set targets, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Plan and execute promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
Maintain proper records of expenses, payroll, and stock.
Build a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among staff.
Liaise with senior management or owners regarding restaurant performance and improvements.
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
