Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff hiring and training, monitoring food and beverage service, and maintaining high operational standards. The role also involves fostering a positive dining experience while upholding the values and traditions of Imperio Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Experience in Hiring, training, and team development Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and quality standards Ability to manage the day-to-day tasks of a restaurant efficiently Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred Familiarity with Indian and Arabic cuisine is a plus
