Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Pune. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage hiring, and maintain excellent communication with staff and customers. Responsibilities include ensuring food and beverage quality, managing the dining experience, and addressing customer service inquiries. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional environment in line with Malaka Spice's core values. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Experience in Hiring and Communication Knowledge of Food & Beverage quality and standards Leadership and team management abilities Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
