Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Qahwa Restaurant, under Jeelife International Venture, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling and shift planning
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Control inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
• Manage sales targets, cost control, and daily revenue reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams
• Maintain cleanliness and overall restaurant ambience

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operations
• Ability to manage inventory, costs, and operational reports
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
