Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the complete operations of our restaurant in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, and leading a small but efficient service and bar team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end restaurant operations to ensure operational excellence


• Recruit, train, and supervise service and bar staff in line with company policies


• Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours


• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer experience


• Handle guest interactions, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner


• Motivate and support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations


• Monitor service performance and take corrective actions when required


• Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business


• Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational guidelines

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate with 5 6 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role


• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards


• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills


• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively


• Good understanding of basic marketing and customer engagement strategies


• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
