- Supervise all daily activities
- Staff training, evaluation and resolve conflicts
- Ensure exceptional service, build guest rapport,
handle complaints, and gather feedback
- Manage budgets, control labor/food costs, track sales, analyze reports,
and implement strategies and events to increase profitability
- Monitor stock, audit inventory levels, order food/beverages/supplies,
and manage supplier relationships
- Assist with marketing efforts, promotions, and events to boost business
- Passionate and must have hands-on experience in restaurant management
- Must know basic MS Excel and Restaurant POS Software
- Very organized and good at documentation & filing
- Cost and budget oriented
- Must be fluent in English
