Restaurant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Overall responsible for the outlet's performance- its NPS, EBITA, audits etc.
• Ensuring Guest Services
• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the outlet.
• Directing the food & alcohol service to guests and delegating tasks.
• Assisting the Operations Manager on the monthly inventory and ensuring cost in managed by reducing wastage.
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints.
• Conducting briefing and debriefing.
• Budding the new joiners in the outlet.
• Conducting demonstration of service of alcoholic beverages and other menu items to guest, especially for new joiners.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B outlets, menu & preparation methods, outlets services/features.
• Be well versed in Terminal fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of HMSHost International Bangalore unit.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience of Assistant Restaurant Manager is must.
• Additional certification(s) in HACCP, Culinary skills will be an advantage.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
