About Craveo Food Court

Craveo Food Court is an independent corporate food court, bringing multiple food brands together under one roof to serve corporate professionals. We are building a new-age dining ecosystem and looking for a seasoned Food Court Manager to take full charge of our Kolkata operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Lead day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth functioning of the food court.
• Aggregator Management: Handle online aggregators operations — menu listing, pricing, offers, ratings/reviews, order flow, and resolving escalations to maximize sales.
• Vendor & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong connections with local food suppliers, fit-out contractors, equipment vendors, and service providers.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure full compliance with local regulations.
• Staffing & HR: Hire, train, and manage staff (kitchen, service, housekeeping, security) to maintain high service standards.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Manage procurement, vendor billing, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Marketing & Promotions: Plan local marketing campaigns, aggregator promotions, and loyalty programs to drive both dine-in and online orders.
• Customer Experience: Ensure top-quality service, resolve escalations, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Facility & Fit-out: Oversee fit-out works, equipment maintenance, and liaise with contractors for expansions / modifications.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, costs, aggregator performance, and customer feedback for management.

Requirements

• Graduate in Hotel / Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 6–10 years’ proven experience in managing restaurant / QSR / food court operations.
• Strong local market network in Kolkata (suppliers, contractors, staffing agencies).
• Hands-on experience managing online aggregators operations , campaigns, and ratings.
• Excellent knowledge of local regulations.
• Experience in marketing, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to multitask and run end-to-end operations independently.
