Additionally, the role involves monitoring food & beverage quality and inventory control to ensure consistent customer experiences. The Restaurant Manager will also implement and uphold health and safety regulations. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Experience in Staff Hiring and Training Strong Communication skills Knowledge of Food & Beverage management Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
