The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent service, managing staff hiring and training, and maintaining communication with suppliers. Additionally, the role involves monitoring food & beverage quality and inventory control to ensure consistent customer experiences. The Restaurant Manager will also implement and uphold health and safety regulations.
