Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management:

Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and bartenders.

• Operational Oversight:

Managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Financial Management:

Overseeing budgets, controlling costs, managing payroll, and tracking expenses.

• Inventory Management:

Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.

• Customer Service:

Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

• Marketing and Sales:

Implementing marketing strategies, promoting the restaurant, and working to increase sales.

• Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and other relevant laws.

• Problem Solving:

Addressing unexpected issues, resolving conflicts, and finding solutions to operational challenges.

Required Skills:

• Leadership and Communication: Effectively leading and motivating staff, communicating clearly with both employees and customers.
• Organizational and Time Management: Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities, and working under pressure.

Pay: ₹14,813.71 - ₹37,000.00 per month
