Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Dehradun. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include hiring and training team members, monitoring inventory, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to create a positive dining experience for all customers.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Hiring and Training staff
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is beneficial
