Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bakery Chef at Akio Coffee Roasters, located in Dehradun. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, baking items, decorating finished products, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The Bakery Chef will also develop new recipes, maintain inventory, and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Baking and Pastry Arts Experience in Recipe Development and Culinary Creativity Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts is a plus Show more Show less
