Role Summary

We are looking for a Bakery Chef who is curious, disciplined, and eager to learn. This role is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates who want to build strong fundamentals in bakery and bread making.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and baking breads, focaccia, and bakery items
Learn and follow standard recipes, fermentation processes, and baking techniques
Support dough preparation, shaping, proofing, and baking
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
Help with daily prep planning and bakery operations
Work closely with senior kitchen staff and follow guidance

Eligibility

Freshers with formal training or strong interest in baking are welcome
Candidates with prior bakery or pastry experience will be preferred
Willingness to learn, consistency, and discipline are essential
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
