Salary Range - 20,000 to 26,000 Per Month

Job Summary

The Captain at Earth Café is responsible for supervising daily service operations on the floor, ensuring excellent guest experience, and leading the service team. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, service quality, staff coordination, and smooth restaurant operations in line with Earth Café standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
• Supervise and coordinate wait staff during service hours
• Take responsibility for assigned tables/sections and ensure timely service
• Ensure guests receive accurate menu information, recommendations, and specials
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely food delivery
• Monitor table turnover and assist in maximizing seating efficiency
• Train and guide new service staff on procedures and service etiquette
• Ensure billing accuracy and assist with cash/card transactions when required
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Captain / Senior Waiter / Service Supervisor
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food, beverages, and basic hospitality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well-groomed, polite, and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality or Hotel Management background
• Experience in a café or casual/fine dining restaurant
• Knowledge of POS systems
