Job Description:

As a Senior Waiter, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. You will lead a team of waiters, ensure smooth operations, and maintain the highest standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Take and process orders efficiently and accurately.
• Supervise and guide junior waitstaff, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Ensure tables are set and cleared in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Monitor and manage inventory of service items and report shortages to management.
• Assist in training new staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Handle payment transactions and process bills with accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• A positive, professional attitude and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal training in hospitality or customer service.
• Knowledge of local and international cuisine.
• Previous experience in fine-dining establishments.
