Resource Planner

As a Resource Planner at Tetra Pak, you will play a crucial role in executing resource planning and scheduling for a defined area. Your responsibilities will include: - Dispatching and routing a team of Field Service engineers - Ensuring response time targets are met as per SLAs - Scheduling engineers to maximize productivity and efficiency - Ensuring compliance with agreed escalation and service processes - Participating in the analysis of capacity constraints and coordinating adjustment actions - Proactively planning field force for internal training development - Driving operational planning and forecasting for market areas - Participating in deploying visual management and KPIs for planning & scheduling - Contributing to continuous improvement activities and best practices implementation To be successful in this role, we believe you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum 5 years of resource planning experience or previous customer services experience, preferably in the engineering service industry - Strong productivity and continuous improvement focus - Demonstrated Leadership Elements: Change, Collaborate, and Perform - Very good command of English If you are ready to contribute to Tetra Pak's mission of protecting what's good for food, people, and the planet, apply through their careers page at https://jobs.tetrapak.com/.
