  product/program management/Go-to-Market (GTM)

  , focusing on capacity building and launching new products, demonstrated in both startup and large company environments.

• Opportunity Identification:

  Skilled at identifying opportunities to cultivate micro-entrepreneurs, with the overarching goal of generating millions of jobs.

• Product Development:

  A proven track record in building and launching

  scalable products

  designed to meet capacity-building needs and support business growth for micro-entrepreneurs.

• Resource Network Expertise:

  Expertise in developing comprehensive

  resource networks for micro-entrepreneurs

  , including small retailers and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).

• Expert Onboarding:

  Demonstrated ability to onboard and engage domain experts to support micro-entrepreneurs, whether on a pro bono basis or as paid consultants.

• Operational Management:

  Experienced in designing and implementing

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  and processes to manage large-scale operations for micro-entrepreneurs, with a focus on capacity building, training, and help desk support.
