prime Resort with 120 Rooms in the picturesque Hill landscapes of South India.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:

    Lead all aspects of Resort Operations, including guest services, housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Maintenance and more. Maintain the highest standards of quality and service and to curate exceptional Guest Experiences.
  • Team Leadership:

    Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, growth, and exceptional service.
  • Guest Relations:

    Interact with guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Strive to create a personalized and memorable experience for every guest.
  • Financial Management:

    Manage the resort's budget, monitor expenses, and drive revenue generation. Implement cost-effective measures without compromising on quality.
  • Sales and Marketing:

    Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams at Regional / Corporate Office to promote the resort, increase bookings, and explore opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintenance and Upkeep:

    Oversee the maintenance of the resort's facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure the resort operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field .
  • Proven experience as a Resort Manager/Unit Headat a Leisure Destination .

  • Strong understanding of

    Resort/Leisure Hotel Operations, guest service, and financial management.

  • Qualitative total Experience of 10-15 years with anF&B Backgroundis preferred.

  • Owner/Operator Relationship Management capabilities.

  • Exceptional Leadership and Team Management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Good Communication skills and Interpersonal Relations.
