As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards of quality and service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overall Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of quality and service. - Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. - Guest Services: Ensure guests receive excellent service, respond to feedback, and resolve any issues promptly. - Revenue Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR). - Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the resort, build relationships with travel agents, and corporate clients. - Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the resort's financial performance meets targets. - Maintenance and Upkeep: Ensure the resort's facilities, amenities, and infrastructure are well-maintained. - Safety and Security: Ensure safety and security protocols are in place. Your essential skills and qualities should include strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, proven experience in resort management or a similar role, and relevant certifications in hospitality management are desirable.
