Resort Manager

We are looking for a professional, trustworthy, and experienced Resort Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of our resort. The right candidate should have strong hospitality experience, be guest-focused, and capable of managing staff, vendors, and reporting directly to the owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Resort Operations
• Manage the daily functioning of 12 cottages and the event hall.
• Oversee check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and guest relations.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth operation of all facilities.
• Guest Services
• Deliver excellent guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate food service with nearby restaurants and ensure timely delivery.
• Encourage and manage Google Reviews & guest feedback to boost online presence.
• Team & Vendor Management
• Supervise and guide resort staff.
• Coordinate with vendors, food partners, and local service providers.
• Ensure all staff follow hospitality standards.
• Event Hall Coordination
• Manage event bookings and ensure smooth execution of functions.
• Liaise with clients and vendors for setup and requirements.
• Reporting & Administration
• Maintain records of bookings, occupancy, expenses, and revenue.
• Share daily/weekly reports with the owners.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in resort/hotel management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Languages: Tamil and English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage staff and resolve problems independently.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking portals).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
