Job Description (JD) Assistant Manager Planning Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using planning software (MS Project). Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to gather input on progress and update plans accordingly. Monitor progress of construction activities and compare with the baseline schedule. Identify potential delays or issues and provide mitigation strategies or corrective actions in coordination with site Project Manager. Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract terms, quality & safety standards in coordination with Site. Participate in site meetings (as required) and arrange monthly progress review meetings with Site. Review Delay analysis statement prepared by site and coordinate with Management to impose Contractual provisions. Coordination with HO & site purchase dept. to ensure material procurement planning aligns with project goals. Establish and maintain communications with all stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks. Coordination with Sales dept. & Site to assess & implement customisation request from Customers. Coordination & negotiation with Vendors in line with project details to identify scope & timelines. Assist in preparation & coordination of statutory documents as instructed by Management. Ensuring organisation level Project Control protocols are implemented. Coordinating with site and management to implement change management protocol.

Coordinate with Project Manager & Commercial Manager at Site to ensure material requirement projection is in line with Master schedule/MIS projection. Monitoring of Indenting, Issuing and stock determination processes. Coordination with all relevant stakeholders to ensure Reconciliation protocol of the organization is maintained. 10. Organize Review meetings with Contractors, Consultant, Site Team, HO team, as necessary & record MOMs. Periodic review of site Document Control processes. 11. Monitoring of Customer changes proposal 12. Preparation of statutory requirement reports as directed.
