Interior Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, design and supervise major renovations, remodeling and additions. Develop the concept design and prepare presentation drawings.
• Site supervision and follow ups.
• Interact with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth running of projects.
• Making detailed drawings (with sectional plans and elevations) and presentation drawings.
• Meets with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
• Meeting with clients and contractors/vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Successfully completion of the given Project in a stipulated Time Frame.

2. Co-ordinate with Execution Team and other Team.

3. Sourcing and Executing the Entire Design Project.

4. Designing and Executing the Concept, Master planning.

5. Working knowledge of designing and detailing of Industrial, Commercial and Residential Buildings.

6. Excellent knowledge of preparation of working drawings.

7. Understanding the Concept, Design / Drawing.

• Experience : 8-15 years
• Desired candidate should be from the Real estate Industry
