The role involves assisting senior architects in design development, preparing detailed drawings, creating 3D visualizations, and coordinating on-site execution. The candidate should be enthusiastic about both design and site management, with strong technical skills and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Assist in concept development, schematic design, and detailed drawings. Prepare 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations using tools like SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or Revit. Support in preparing working drawings, construction details, and BOQs. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained. Conduct regular site visits for supervision, quality checks, and progress reporting. Provide design and technical support during all project phases. Assist in material research, selection, and sample boards. Ensure project documentation and drawings are updated and organized.
