Experience: Experience in construction of CGD/cross country pipeline laying industry

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in CGD/cross country pipeline laying industry
• Must be conversant with various ASME/API standards, IS Codes, OISD Guidelines, and field execution protocols.
• ASNT Level II (UT, RT, DPT, MPT, VT)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervision of civil, mechanical or electrical execution at site in accordance with -approved drawings, QAP, BOQ, and safety practices.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors’ performance, issue daily hot/cold work permits, and ensure all safety requirements are met.
• Record all measurements in MB, certify RA bills, and maintain site documents (logbook, test reports, inspection checklists, etc.).
• Ensure quality control at site, maintain material reconciliation, and submit same-day inspection reports.
• Oversee testing and approval of materials, ensure implementation of approved WPS, PQR, and QAP at site.
• Prepare and update bar charts for site progress and recovery planning where slippage is observed.
• Report directly to the customer’s engineer-in-charge and maintain coordination with project teams and contractors.
