The ideal candidate will bring in-depth technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a strong background in mechanical construction related to water treatment facilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily site activities for the construction of WTP/ETP projects. Ensure timely execution of all mechanical works in compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress. Review and approve drawings, work plans, and schedules. Lead project planning, progress monitoring, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and contract specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly. Maintain strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations. Prepare daily/weekly reports and communicate progress to senior management. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory). Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management. Proven experience in WTP/ETP projects is essential. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Ability to handle large-scale project execution independently. Working knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.
