Job Summary:

Paramount Limited is seeking a highly experienced Resident Construction Manager (RCM) to lead site execution and coordination for an ongoing WTP/ETP construction project in Panipat. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a strong background in mechanical construction related to water treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily site activities for the construction of WTP/ETP projects.
• Ensure timely execution of all mechanical works in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress.
• Review and approve drawings, work plans, and schedules.
• Lead project planning, progress monitoring, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and contract specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
• Maintain strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and communicate progress to senior management.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in WTP/ETP projects is essential.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle large-scale project execution independently.
• Working knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
