Job Title: RCM/Site Project Manager/In Charge – 800 MW Boiler Erection

NTPC Nabinagar, Aurangabad, Bihar

Industry: Thermal Power Plant / Boiler Erection

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced RCM/Site In Charge to lead and manage the erection and commissioning of an 800 MW boiler including Structures, Bunkers, Pressure Parts, etc. at a large thermal power project at NTPC Nabinagar, Bihar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Erection of boiler systems, proven project management skills, and the ability to supervise large teams while ensuring cost, quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee the complete boiler erection process including pressure parts, ducts, auxiliaries, and Structures.

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams comprising engineers, supervisors, and technicians to meet project timelines and quality standards.

• Coordinate resources, manage logistics, and ensure availability of materials and equipment on site.

• Monitor and enforce stringent safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.

• Supervise pre-commissioning, trial runs, and commissioning activities ensuring smooth handover to clients.

• Maintain detailed site documentation, progress reports, and coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

15 Years in Supercritical boiler erection

• Strong knowledge of relevant standards (ASME, API) and technical drawings.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.

• Willingness to work at project site with travel as required.
