Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Construction Manager, located on-site in Aurangabad. The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include supervising construction staff, managing project budgets, enforcing construction safety standards, and controlling project timelines and quality.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and 10 - 25 years Construction experience
• Experience with Budgeting and Project Control
• Knowledge of Construction Safety standards
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Relevant experience in industrial infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Full knowledge of Super Critical Boiler of 660 MW and Above experience compulsory.
