Construction Manager

As a Project Engineer for Sugar Plants, Mill house, Process House, Boiler & Power Generation Projects, your responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. - Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Monitoring project progress and taking corrective actions to meet deadlines and budgets. - Supervising the erection and installation of machinery and milling equipment. - Overseeing the installation of piping systems and calibration of instruments. - Coordinating the correct installation and wiring of electrical panels, motors, and control systems. - Conducting pre-commissioning checks and performing commissioning activities. - Prioritizing safety and implementing quality control measures. - Documenting all activities, including testing results, inspection reports, and maintenance records. Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Sugar Engineering related field. - Strong understanding of plant design, construction, and operation. - Experience in turnkey erection and commissioning of Sugar Plants, Mill house, Process House, Boiler & Power Generation Projects. - Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASME, API, IBR, etc.). - Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. - Proficiency in relevant software (CAD, project management tools). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Attention to detail and commitment to safety & quality standards. - Knowledge of automation and control systems is beneficial. - Willingness to travel to project sites and work in challenging environments.
