Position - Construction Manager Responsibilities: ⮚ Oversee and manage all mechanical construction activities offshore, including piping, valves, static & rotating equipment, skids, and structural elements. ⮚ Plan and execute construction works in alignment with the overall project schedule, logistics plans, and marine operations. ⮚ Lead the implementation of lifting operations, review lifting plans and ensure compliance with safe lifting procedures and ADNOC standards. ⮚ Coordinate with marine teams, DP vessels, barges, and subcontractors for execution support. ⮚ Monitor work progress, ensure compliance with IFC drawings, project specifications, and applicable codes (ASME, API, ISO). ⮚ Oversee pre-commissioning tasks such as flushing, hydrotesting, nitrogen leak testing, and system reinstatement. ⮚ Support mechanical completion and punch list clearance to enable system handover to commissioning. ⮚ Participate in SIMOPS planning and execution on live platforms or brownfield interfaces. ⮚ Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, PTW procedures, confined space entry, work-at-height protocols, and ADNOC Life Saving Rules. ⮚ Interface with ADNOC, PMC, and subcontractors through daily coordination meetings and construction reviews. ⮚ Maintain site documentation: daily progress reports, lifting logs, manpower records, and as-built drawings. ⮚ Mentor and manage offshore supervisors and promote a culture of safety and performance. Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, or equivalent offshore operator procedures and safety systems. Experience handling heavy lifts, mechanical packages, skids, rotating/static equipment, and complex piping systems. Familiar with commissioning procedures, discipline handovers, and system readiness protocols. Skilled in preparing and reviewing method statements, lift studies, and risk assessments. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD/Red-lining, and construction monitoring/reporting tools. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, with a practical, hands-on approach in offshore environments.
