Scheduling and Manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Coke Drums, EO reactors, Urea Reactors and Columns, etc. Exposure of all different fabrication process, Machining and welding process. Knowledge of Weld Plan, PQR, WPS, SWP, Welding Repair procedure, & Non-Destructive Examination (LPE, MPE, UE, RE etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.. Experience of handling nonferrous metal (Titanium, Zirconium, Tantalum, Niobium etc.) Identifying Critical Activities on Daily Basis, preparing and planning Milestone Activities. Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

1. Developing welding procedures for Carbon, alloy, stainless and high tensile steels for the manufacture of Boilers, Heat Exchanger and Pressure Vessels to various national and international codes. 2. Must have excellent grasping power & presentation skills & must process interpersonal & communication skills to maintain synergy between different customers and third party. 3. Must have analytical skills to dig out root causes in the area of welding. 4. Experience in GTAW automation will be an added advantage. 5. Should be aware with welding of different kind of material as P1(C-steel), P3, P4, P5 (Cr-Mo steel), P6, P7, P8 ( Martensitic, Ferritic, Austenitic steel). Worked with materials like 304,304L,316, 316L,321,410, Inconel, Duplex, Super Duplex, etc. 6. Knowledge of ASME codes and standards for Pressure Vessels and Boilers (ASME SEC I, SEC II, SEC V III, SEC IX, ASME B31.3). 7. Knowledge of Weld Plan, PQR, WPS, SWP, Welding Repair procedure, heat treatment, consumables estimation & inventory management & Non-Destructive Examination (LPE, MPE, UE, RE etc.). 8. Knowledge of Welder training & qualifications. 9. Knowledge of Different Welding Processes like SMAW, GTAW, SAW, GMAW, ESSC, FCAW, Groove welding & weld overlays. 10. Hands-on experience in welding of high-pressure piping systems and boiler tubes including socket weld, butt weld, and fillet weld joints. 11. Familiarity with spool fabrication, fit-up inspection, and welding of process and utility piping for skid-mounted systems. 12. Should have exposure to orbital welding used in tubing/skid applications, especially for cleanroom or high-purity service lines. 13. Capable of developing welding techniques for boiler tube panels and membrane wall welding, including use of narrow gap and TIG root welding techniques. 14. Understanding of PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) requirements and welding sequences for piping and boiler components to avoid distortion and stress concentration. 15. Experience in managing welding activities in shop and site environments for power plant boiler installations and piping erection projects. 16. Familiar with isometric drawings, pipe support standards, and piping classes including critical piping loops in high-pressure steam and utility services. 17. Should have knowledge of IBR and associated compliance and documentation required for welding in pressure piping and boiler applications.
