Reservations Specialist

Role Overview: As a Reservations Specialist at DMontrio, you will be responsible for handling incoming reservations, managing booking systems, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, processing bookings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with any reservation-related issues. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming reservations and manage booking systems efficiently - Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction - Support sales activities and contribute to achieving revenue targets - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any booking issues - Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information - Assist in training and supporting other team members in reservation processes Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience with reservations and handling booking systems - Strong communication and customer service skills - Sales experience with the ability to support sales activities - Capability to provide training and support to other team members - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous - Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software (Note: The company offers a paid internship starting between 40K - 45K per month),
