Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  inbound calls, emails

  , and queries related to

  hotel reservations

• Provide

  accurate information

  about hotel services, room availability, pricing, and promotions
• Match guest needs with the

  right accommodation and services

  for a memorable experience
• Coordinate guest preferences and requests with relevant departments
  
• Manage guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and swift resolution
  
• Prepare and update

  reservation reports

  using MS Office
• Maintain high standards of

  communication, etiquette, and sales

  conversion

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent

  verbal and written communication

  in English
• Customer-first attitude with

  patience, empathy, and professionalism

• Strong

  sales acumen

  to highlight property features persuasively
• Computer proficiency – especially in

  MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

• Multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  
• Flexible to work in

  24x7 rotational shifts

  , including night shifts (for male candidates)
• Candidates with

  Hotel Management degrees (BHM/IHM)

  preferred
