Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

On-Ground Awareness & Outreach

• Visit

  schools, colleges, coaching centers, and public places

  as assigned 
• Introduce Inupgro’s mission, platform, and offerings in a simple and clear manner 
• Distribute brochures, explain use-cases, and create brand awareness 

Interaction & Feedback Collection

• Ask predefined questions to

  students, teachers, principals, and parents

   
• Record their reactions, opinions, objections, and suggestions 
• Capture interest level and key insights from each interaction 

Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct short surveys and informal interviews 
• Maintain daily reports of visits, interactions, and learnings 
• Upload feedback data via forms, audio/video notes (where permitted), or sheets 

Professional Representation

• Represent Inupgro professionally and ethically at all times 
• Follow institutional guidelines and obtain consent before recording feedback 
• Build positive rapport with education stakeholders and the public 

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Currently pursuing or recently completed

  Graduation / Post-Graduation

   
• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred) 
• Confidence to approach people and initiate conversations 
• Willingness to travel locally and work in the field 
• Basic smartphone skills for recording feedback and reporting 

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Background in

  Marketing, Education, Psychology, Mass Communication, or Management

   
• Prior experience in field marketing, surveys, or campus ambassador roles 
• Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
