Research Intern

Role & responsibilities

ClimateHub India Advisors is offering a six-month Research Internship for motivated engineering students or recent graduates interested in renewable energy and climate action. The intern will support research and consulting assignments through data analysis, market research, and project coordination. The role provides direct exposure to live consulting projects and close interaction with senior consultants, offering strong learning and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data for renewable energy and climate-related projects.
• Support the preparation of research reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Assist project teams with day-to-day coordination and task tracking.
• Conduct industry, policy, and market research on renewable energy trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project execution and consulting workflows.
• Carry out additional research and support tasks as assigned by senior team members.

Preferred candidate profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related disciplines).

• Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
