Role Description

 Design, develop, and optimize advanced photovoltaic (PV) devices, with a primary focus on

improving cell efficiency, stability, reliability, and manufacturability.

 Perform hands-on experimentation and data-driven analysis, and collaborate with cross-

functional teams to support technology scale-up from lab to pilot or mass production.

 Develop and use advanced metrology techniques to quantify resulting material properties.

 Take ownership of the continued maintenance, upkeep, and training related to critical

deposition and characterization processes.

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Technical Skills:

 Cleanroom experience with thin-film deposition techniques, including CVD, PVD, and solution-based processing

 Programming and data analysis using MATLAB and Python

 CAD/EDA tools

 Exposure to solar photovoltaic (PV) technologies

 Electrical and optical simulation and modelling tools

Key Skills:

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Hands-on laboratory skills with process discipline

 Solid understanding of semiconductor physics and photovoltaic (PV) devices

 Effective team collaboration and communication skills

 Proficiency in technical writing and documentation

Salary Range: CTC 5 lakhs to 6 .5 Lakhs
