Some Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Laboratory Training: Conducting training sessions for laboratory students on laboratory techniques, equipment operation, safety protocols, and relevant procedures. Developing training materials, manuals, and presentations to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Assisting in the onboarding of new laboratory personnel and providing ongoing training to enhance their skills and expertise.
• Service Provision: Collaborating with clients to understand their research needs and providing technical assistance and guidance in experimental design, data analysis, and troubleshooting. Performing laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses as requested, ensuring accurate and timely results. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Adhering to quality control and assurance protocols to ensure accurate and reliable laboratory results. Monitoring and maintaining equipment calibration, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control measures and standard operating procedures to enhance laboratory efficiency and accuracy.
• Data Management and Analysis: Collecting, organizing, and analyzing experimental data using appropriate software tools and statistical methods. Generating reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders and clients. Ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate laboratory records, including experimental protocols, test results, equipment logs, and inventory management. Assisting in the preparation and review of standard operating procedures, protocols, and laboratory manuals. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety guidelines, and ethical standards in all laboratory activities.
  

Salary: 2.5 lakh to 3.2 Lakh
