Role Description

As a Project Associate, you’ll work directly with the Founders’ team, gaining hands-on experience in carbon credits, sustainability, and project management. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals eager to make an impact in the environmental sector while growing within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on the project to align with objectives, methodologies, and outcomes
• Manage projects and coordinate with the client and collaborators
• Data Collection and data entry into databases or software systems, and assist in analysis as required
• Generating regular project status reports, progress updates, and other relevant reports
• Managing and tracking tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met
• Identifying day-to-day potential risks and challenges that could impact the execution of the project
• Participating in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge related to project management
• Assisting with any additional tasks and responsibilities that may arise during the project
• Conducting research and analysis to support project planning, execution, and decision-making processes
• Supporting the project manager in developing mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments for the given tasks.

Education:

• Preferred: B. Tech (Environmental Engineering) or M.Sc. in Environmental Science.
• UG Qualification: Any graduate with experience in environmental/energy/carbon management organizations or sustainability.

Key Skills:

• Strong reasoning ability and proactive learning.
• Passion for environmental protection and sustainability.
• Presentable with excellent presentation and research skills.
• Knowledge of Carbon markets and carbon credit registries.
• Carbon project development.
• ESG-SDG frameworks (preferred).
