Research Associate

As a Life Sciences Research Associate at our company located in Faridabad, you will have the opportunity to utilize your Ph.D./Masters degree in Life Sciences along with a minimum of 1-2 years of research experience. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Proficiency in Constituting Media & Fine pipetting - Execution of Cell staining protocols and biological assays - Demonstrating good knowledge of bright-field microscopy - Conducting Immunofluorescence staining assays and Fluorescence microscopy - Performing PCR and RT-PCR techniques In addition to the technical skills mentioned above, you will be responsible for: - Compiling and analyzing experiment data - Providing suggestions for the next experimentation plan - Identifying and resolving performance issues encountered in experiments by analyzing their underlying cause Your communication skills will also play a crucial role in this role as you must be proficient in English & Hindi. Moreover, exposure to using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is required. The remuneration for this position will be as per industry standards and the job type is full-time during day shifts, with in-person work location.
