About the Role:

Research Associate – Talent Sourcing

recruitment research, sourcing, and talent intelligence

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job briefs and create tailored sourcing strategies
• Identify and source relevant candidate profiles using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and Boolean search
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and longlists
• Organize and maintain data in our internal tools/trackers
• Support recruiters with initial outreach and candidate engagement (if needed)
• Stay updated with sourcing trends, tools, and platforms

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment research or sourcing (freshers with strong interest may apply)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job boards is a plus
• Strong internet research and data compilation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work

• Experience with sourcing tools like Apollo, RocketReach, or CRM/ATS platforms
• Exposure to IT, Sales, or Healthcare recruitment domains
• Understanding of Boolean search techniques
