Ideal Candidate is an expert on LinkedIn Recruiter platform and doesn't shy away from 360* Recruiting, calling multiple candidates every day and conducting tons of LinkedIn research.


Reporting to the Delivery Head APAC, you will play an important role in sourcing and pipelining high-end technology talent for Clients in the APAC region. You will provide an amazing candidate experience while taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.

What you will do

  • Manage the full candidate journey, with a focus on providing a great candidate experience
  • Build and manage networks and talent pools of high caliber Tech candidates by utilising an array of tools at your disposal
  • Constant engagement with the Tech talent community - screening, sourcing, attending events etc
  • Be a trusted advisor to client hiring managers, working closely with them to ensure a deep understanding of role requirements
  • Delivering exceptional recruitment services ensuring Hiring Manager expectations are exceeded throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Extensive use of Linked-in recruiter to engage and hire candidates as most of the roles are niche, high-end technology and at the leadership level


What do we need?

  • Ideally around 2 to 5 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, administration, Human resources in healthcare sector
  • Adaptability - has the ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing start-up environment
  • Strong communicator - can effectively and confidently communicate to all levels of the business
  • Hands-on and Expert Level LinkedIn Recruiter expertise is a must
  • Initiative - able to work independently and find the best way to get results
  • willingness for a desk job involving calling, interest checking online research
