Product Marketing Manage

About the Role:

As a Product Marketing Manager at dōtō, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of product innovation and customer engagement. Your core mission is to translate the value of our maternal health technologies into clear, compelling messaging that drives adoption, trust, and long-term impact. From crafting positioning strategies to leading product launches and shaping customer narratives, you'll be the voice that connects our solutions to the real-world needs of clinicians, health systems, and communities. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and a passion for building meaningful products that improve lives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop marketing strategies that position our products for success with healthcare providers, health systems, and patients
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape positioning and differentiation.
  3. Align with product, sales, and medical teams to ensure marketing meets user and business needs
  4. Create assets  - product decks, campaigns, customer stories, and training content.
  5. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and KOLs.
  6. Lead marketing across the product lifecycle—driving growth, adoption, and retention.
  7. Track and analyze performance metrics, using insights to iterate and optimize campaigns


Requirements:

  1. Degree in communications, business, healthcare or related field
  2. Experience in healthcare marketing / product management - preferably in medtech, healthtech, or public health
  3. Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
  4. Excellent communication and project management skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  6. Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools


Nice to Have:

  1. Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  2. 3 to 4 years Experience with marketing for maternal health, public health, or medical devices
  3. Familiarity with working in emerging market contexts
