1. Conduct surveys, key informant interviews, focus group discussions and PRAs in selected Gram Panchayats and blocks. 2. Conduct in-depth Gender Vulnerability Assessments (GVA) at the Gram Panchayat Level 3. Coordinating activities for the development of GP-level gender responsive adaptation plan. 4. Work with project team to develop training modules. 5. Closely work with the training coordinator in organizing capacity building workshops, sensitization programs; and, 6. Support the Gender Lead in analyzing data and writing reports. Qualifications: 1. The candidate must have a Master s degree in Gender Studies or Development Studies with prior experience of conducting field-based research in rural areas on gender. 2. The candidate must be fluent in Tamil (reading, writing, and speaking) and must be willing to work in the Virudhunagar district during the project period.
