Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct independent and collaborative research focused on rechargeable batteries.
Innovate in the synthesis, testing, and enhancement of battery materials to achieve superior performance and efficiency.
Perform detailed physical characterization using XRD, SEM, EDX, BET, TEM,XPS, TGA/DSC, ICP, FTIR and Raman Spectroscopy of synthesized materials.
Perform detailed Electrochemical characterization using CV, GCD, EIS and GITT techniques.
Analyze and interpret data to assess material properties and optimize cell performance.
Leverage research findings to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve challenges effectively.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal reviews and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry partners to align research objectives.
Mentor junior researchers or interns, providing guidance on experimental design and analysis.
Proven ability to address and resolve complex research challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
M.Tech/M.Sc. in Materials Science, Energy Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated research experience in rechargeable batteries, supported by a thesis or substantial published work.
