About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Research Analyst to support our team with online research, data management, lead generation, and job posting activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with information, using Excel, and ensuring data accuracy.

Years of Experience: 1-2 years / Freshers (with good knowledge and those who are hands on with internet research and Microsoft Excel)

Location: Mumbai

As a Research Analyst, you will:

• Search and analyze resumes and candidate profiles from job portals
• Conduct web research to gather relevant business or recruitment data
• Generate leads and contact lists from online sources
• Post job openings on company websites and job boards
• Maintain and update internal databases accurately
• Perform quality checks to ensure data is correct and up to date
• Use Advanced Excel tools for data analysis and reporting

What you already have:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with internet research and lead generation

Working Hours:

This role requires you to work 5 days a week from Mon to Fri for 9:15 hours a day.
