If you’re passionate about digging into primary research, interviewing stakeholders, analysing both qualitative & quantitative data and turning insights into action we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct high-quality primary research: interviews, IDI's, surveys (both CATI – Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews, CAWI – Computer Assisted Web Interviews), focus groups with key stakeholders.
  • Design survey instruments, discussion guides and research tools, ensure strong data-collection quality and response validity.
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data using statistical and analytical techniques to derive meaningful patterns and actionable recommendations.
  • Synthesise research findings into clear, compelling reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, research methodologies and best practices in primary research; drive improvements in our research processes and tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Strategy and other teams to embed research insights into decisions and business growth initiatives.
  • Support ad-hoc research requests and contribute to thought-leadership initiatives to raise our research-driven profile.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Market Research, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Science); Master’s preferred.
  • Solid proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods (survey design, interview moderation, focus-group execution, data analysis).
  • Experience with primary research data collection modes — especially IDI's, CATI, CAWI, and surveys.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns/trends and translate into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to varied audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality in research design and execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple research projects concurrently, work independently and in fast-paced team settings.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across functions and influencing without authority.
Preferred / Additional Skills
  • Familiarity with market-research best practices and emerging methodologies.
  • Ability to translate research insights into business-oriented actions.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C research contexts (industry insights, product development research, customer/market studies).
  • Strong curiosity, critical-thinking and problem-solving orientation.
