Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Research Analyst who will conduct detailed industry, market, and competitor research to support business strategy and decision-making. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent report-writing skills, and the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Conduct secondary and primary research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze market dynamics, sectoral shifts, and regulatory developments affecting the business.
• Prepare structured research reports, whitepapers, and executive summaries.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights for business planning and presentations.
• Maintain research databases and dashboards for continuous intelligence tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to align research outcomes with strategic goals.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in quantitative research methodologies, data collection, and market intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into concise insights.
