Research Analyst

Job Description :- A Research Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets data to help organizations make informed business, financial, or policy decisions. They transform raw data into actionable insights and present findings through reports, charts, and presentations. *Required MBA *Proficiency in tools: Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics *Knowledge of market research techniques (SWOT, conjoint analysis, segmentation, etc.) *Survey design and data interpretation skills. Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Management *Gather data from primary (surveys, interviews) and secondary (databases, reports) sources. *Clean, validate, and maintain datasets. Data Analysis *Use statistical methods to identify trends, correlations, and patterns. *Employ tools such as Excel, SPSS, Stata, R, or Python for analysis. Research & Reporting *Conduct market, financial, or policy research based on organizational needs. *Prepare detailed reports, visual dashboards, and executive summaries. *Present findings and recommendations to management or clients. Strategic Support *Assist in developing business strategies using data insights. *Support forecasting, performance evaluation, and competitive analysis. Collaboration *Work with departments such as marketing, finance, or operations to support data-driven decisions. *Coordinate with external research partners or agencies.
